Kinar announces support for Lotus Notes for Universal Secure Emailâ„¢

San Jose, Calif., August 20, 2004 - Kinar, Inc. announced the support for Lotus Notes for the Universal Secure EMailâ„¢ today. With this announcement, the Universal Secure Email now provides deep integration with Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express and Lotus Notes. The software also works with all other emailers in a coupled mode.

Information confidentiality, essential to a number of vertical markets such as attorneys, health care providers and financial services, is poised to be the next significant market for Internet software. Kinar's email and document confidentiality system meets the requirements of those markets by allowing information owners to decide that their proprietary communication will not be compromised either in transit or by the recipient. The software can be downloaded from Kinar's website and allows only authorized recipients to view the confidential information.
