Operation

The encryption service analyzes the email you are sending against your policy rules and decides to encrypt or not encrypt the particular email. Policy rules can be simple (e.g. encrypt if the subject ends with (secure)) or sophisticated (e.g. encrypt if the message contains social security number). With point-and-click dropdown menus, setting up even sophisticated rules is a breeze.

As mentioned, the sender does not need any software. The service does policy-driven encryption and decryption automatically. Even the reipient does not need any software on her desktop.
