Overview

TrustTone Email Encryption Server provides a gateway encryption solution to enterprises that do not want a hardware-software integrated solution as available in the appliance form.

The software is suitable for organizations that do not want to deploy client desktop modules but prefer to encrypt emails and documents at the gateway based on organizational policies. It is also suitable for organizations wanting to custom-integrate encryption of emails with other email security functions.

The software product provides the same ease of use to end users while giving more control over key management and configuration of the product to the IT department. The product is shipped as a virtual appliance to make the deployment extremely quick and easy. The virtual appliance packaging also offers complete isolation from other environments to provide better security.

It provides the following features.

Private Key Escrow

Private Keys are in complete control of the enterprise and can be pulled from the server with proper authorization to be able to decrypt enterprise employee emails. This functionality can also be integrated with scanning software to decrypt-scan-encrypt outgoing and incoming email messages.

Strong Security

The appliance product uses proven, standard cryptographic algorithms with large key size to provide strong security for protection of your content.

Zero-download Web access for External Recipients

External recipients do not need to download or install any product to read encrypted emails. Encrypted replies are supported with the same zero-download viewer.

Branding

The enterprise product provides ability to brand crucial selected UI elements.
